Case Study : Darter Trolleys for Chep

One recent project that we worked on was for the Country’s largest pallet rental supplier.

The Challenge

Parrs were invited to design, manufacture and supply bespoke ‘Darter Trollies’ to house wooden blocks and runners

The existing trolleys being used (shown below) were very heavy, tired and outdated.

The Solution

After an initial site visit to discuss and design the ‘Darter Trolleys’, Parrs got to work and a solution was proposed.

A bright, modern, lighter-weight trolley that will combine storage of wooden runners and blocks to enable staff to move quickly between the storage area and their workstation.

The Result

After an agreement was reached on the above proposal an order was placed for 10 x units. These have now been manufactured and delivered:
