Free Delivery (UK mainland only)
*Delivery is FREE on all orders over £150 ex. VAT. to UK mainland, excluding remote areas of the UK, Highlands & Islands, Orders below £150 ex. VAT. will be charged £6.50.
Delivery to addresses in the postcode areas listed below will be subject to a charge. If your postcode area isn't listed below but is in a hard-to-reach area, it may still incur a charge. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to any countries within the European Union (EU). If you have any questions regarding delivery locations, please contact our customer service team.
Next Working Day Delivery (excludes non-mainland and remote areas of the UK)
Products held in stock at our warehouse in Redditch are displayed with the message - Order by 2:45 pm for Next Day Delivery
Orders received for stocked items received Monday-Thursday before 2:45 pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery to you during the next working day.
Orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders received after 2:45 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Our Next Day Delivery service excludes non-mainland and remote areas of the UK, including Scotland.
Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available on all UK Bank & Public Holidays as Parrs offices will be closed. Orders received on these dates will not be processed until our return.
If urgently required, stocked items are also available for collection from our warehouse in Redditch.
No Quibble Returns & Refund Policy
We believe that PARRS products are the best you can buy; however, if for any reason the goods received do not meet the buyer’s requirements, the seller will issue a credit for the purchase price of the goods, provided the following conditions are met:
- The goods are returned unused, undamaged, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- The goods are returned within 28 days of delivery.
- The buyer notifies the seller of their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Please note:
- Returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the original delivery charge.
- All goods must be returned by the buyer at their own cost.
- Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- If your goods have been damaged during transportation. You must sign for goods as ‘damaged’ and notify us of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
