Delivery is FREE on all online orders to UK mainland however orders placed by telephone, fax or email will be charged £5.95 should the order fall below £50 ex. VAT.

Lead times for non-stocked items are also shown on the product page. If you require a product earlier than stated, please get in touch our Customer Service Team 01527 585777 as we may be able to get it to you sooner.


Delivery charges to non-UK mainland

If delivery is required outside mainland UK, i.e.Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe or the rest of the World, then additional delivery charges will apply. We will send an email after your order has been placed advising current delivery charges.

Free 'Next Working Day' Delivery (excludes non-mainland and remote areas of the UK)

Products held in stock at our warehouse in Redditch, are displayed with our In Stock | Next Day Delivery if ordered before 3pm message. 

Orders received for stocked items, received Monday-Thursday before 3pm, will be despatched the same day for delivery to you during the next working day.

Orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders received after 3pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Our Free Next Day Delivery service excludes non-mainland and remote areas of the UK.

If urgently required, stocked items are also available for collection from our warehouse in Redditch. 


No Quibble Returns & Refund Policy

We believe that PARRS products are the best you can buy, however, if for any reason the goods received do not meet your requirements or you have simply changed your mind, then call our Customer Service Team on  01527 585777 or email to arrange for a refund or replacement.

Returns are subject to be following conditions:

  • Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery and are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging       
  • Return of goods is at the buyers expense however PARRS will collect goods FOC for customers with PRIORITY status.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
  • Goods are subject to our right to levy a 20% restocking charge - restocking charges are not applicable to customers with PRIORITY status.
