Delivery is FREE on all orders over £150 ex. VAT. to UK mainland, orders below £150 ex. VAT. will be charged £4.99.

Do you offer a Next Day Delivery service?
Yes products held in stock at our warehouse in Redditch are identified with our free next-day delivery sash. Orders received before 2:45pm are dispatched the same day for delivery to you next day (excludes remote areas of the UK and weekend deliveries).
What are the lead times for non-stocked items?
Lead times for non-stocked items are displayed on each product page. Each stated lead time is approximate however we do endeavour to deliver the goods to you within the time frame stated. Yes, goods can be collected from our warehouse, our address is Merse Road, North Moons Moat, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 9PL and is open 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am-4pm Friday.
Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
For your peace of mind, PARRS offer a minimum 3-year guarantee on all non-electrical products and many products have extended guarantees - see individual product listings for details of extended guarantees. Guarantee excludes wheels, castors, general wear & tear plus any electrically powered goods - see Terms & Conditions for more information.
What if the products aren't suitable, can I return them?
