Each product supplied by PARRS is sourced by our experienced Product Managers whose mission it is to find quality products that do the job at a price that's right. Products that are not suitable for use in demanding environments do not make it into our product range. So for your peace of mind, from November 2016 all products are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 years against manufacturing defects. Some items are guaranteed for more than 3 years - see individual product listings for details.
Should your product fail as a result of a manufacturing defect (within the three-year period from the date of delivery), at our discretion, be repaired or replaced. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product to verify any fault.
