Meet The Parrs Team

Richard is enjoying an early semi-retirement, now he has installed Julie as CEO, however, he does like to pop into the office two mornings a week to cause chaos, be it breaking laptops or asking IT questions. He keeps us all on our toes.

He spends the rest of his time with his family and dogs, mainly his dogs, walking and pottering in the garden, but always keeping one eye on his Parrs family.

Julie had been training to be CEO for many years, as a parent to Twin Boys, she can wrangle the most wayward of staff, only joking as she will tell you, we are all perfect.

Another member of the team who loves to belt out a tune or two, she often joins Rebecca in warbling to the radio in the office much to the chagrin of everyone around them.

Julie loves to spend time with her family but can also be found enjoying a cheeky cocktail with her friends.

He has been with the company so long they will be naming a sack truck after him.

He is constantly on the quest for the mythical 60IB Carp.

If you were to place a large order with him it would be the catch of his day.

He is also an avid Villa fan, there is nothing we can do about this, he is far too gone.

If we can get her to put her daily cappuccino down, she will happily talk all things technical and provide you with competitive pricing.  She can source you pretty much anything.

A Cat & Music lover, Coffee Connoisseur & self-titled travel expert #globepotter she will happily bore you with cats of Greece images and annoy you with her singing.  

The quiet one keeps to herself.  Isn’t the saying “It’s always the quiet ones you got to look out for” She is a desk hoarder, need a paper clip she’s got it, need an elastic band, she’s got it, need a 24 pieces dinner set with silverware she’s got it somewhere in her bottom drawer.

When she’s not helping the customers with their requirements, Emma spends time with her young family raising her voice slightly more than she does at work.  

The Charlie Dimmock of the office, she can grow anything and build anything for her garden, when not breaking her thumb by drilling it to a pallet.

Pat is always on hand to assist customers with any of their queries and especially helpful with any questions that are not the norm, bolts for this, screws for that and of course, if you need any gardening tips, she is on hand for that too.

Emma started off in Customer Services but soon moved on to Digital Marketing once management witnessed her love for browsing the internet looking for Handbags and Shoes, she was certainly the best person for the job. With her eye for detail, she keeps everything fresh.

When not with her Parrs family, Emma can be found having fun with her actual family. Who keeps her very busy away from work.

When not seeking out new product to fit our already vast catalogue she can be found crafting a wonderful new bake.

A fine home baker (don’t our hips know it) and master cake decorator, apparently there’s no such thing as too much cake. There is Kristel, there really is. (Releases a button)

Shin has only been with us a short while but is already making her mark on the marketing team.

When she is not content writing and creating fantastic blogs, she is cooking up a storm and shaking her hips in the kitchen to Taylor Swift, yep, she is a secret Swifty. (whoops did I say that out loud)

When not crunching the numbers, she can be found, walking the hills like a Von-trapp with a cup of tea on the go.

A brave solo traveller, her walkabouts do take her further afield, from the mountains of Maderia to the atmospheric streets of Italy. As she works in finance, she is good with her travel money. “I’m going to be responsible with my money. This is a low-budget trip”.

Once on holiday: Orders fancy drinks, rides a jet ski, goes skydiving, and adopts an alpaca.

Carl has been a part of the team for a few years now, a man of many stories, who has lived a fruitful life so far, he often regales us with his tales,

When not working extremely hard in the Warehouse and whizzing around on the forklift, he can be found being walked by his dog, yeah you read that correctly, walked by his dog.

Our brand-new shiniest member of the team, Elliott works alongside Carl in the warehouse.

A very welcome addition, he ensures all stocked items are picked, packed, and shipped on a next-day delivery.

He is a self-confessed foodie, who loves trying new things and creating fabulous dishes himself.

We have yet to sample any of these delightful treats so will just have to take his word for it. (Maybe now we have published this he will get the hint)
