The tip truck is excellent quality and makes moving heavy boilers and large items much easier and safer. There was a problem during transit but Parrs were excellent from start to finish and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently without drama: even when the problem solution didn't prove as easy as hoped. Would not hesitate to use Parrs again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

After 5 years of extreme use and having shifted well over 1.2 MILLION kgs of logs through all sorts of terrain, up and down steps and generally being hammered on a daily basis, my original easy tip truck has a cracked frame. The rest of the truck is still fine and a small weld will keep this truck going on warehouse duties. Without hesitation, the original truck has been replaced by a new one which will undoubtedly give the same amazing performance. 100% recommended. And the easy tip feature makes life much easier so shifts heavy loads. If there was one thing that could be improved, in my opinion the wheels would be better secured to the axles using a split-pin through the axle rather than the wheel securing cap which is held on using a screw which should be checked periodically. Despite this, the truck still scores 5 stars
