Products held in stock at our warehouse in Redditch state NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Orders received for these products before 2:45 pm are despatched the same day for delivery to you during the next working day, this excludes remote areas of the UK, weekend deliveries and bank or public holidays.

RETURNS
We believe that PARRS products are the best you can buy, however, if for any reason the goods received do not meet your requirements or you have simply changed your mind, then call our Customer Service Team on  01527 585777 or email sales@parrs.co.uk to arrange for a refund or replacement.

Returns are subject to be following conditions:

• Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery and are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.       
• Return of goods is at the buyer's expense.
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
• Goods are subject to our right to levy a 20% restocking charge.
• Please note that made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
