To create a racking unit you need to order both beams and frames.

How to Order;

1. Decide which frame height and depth you need - order two frames to make the first bay then one frame for each additional bay. Frames are the uprights.
2. Choose your beam width and depth. Then order the amount you require depending on how many shelves you need.

Products held in stock at our warehouse in Redditch are marked with "Order by 2:45 pm for Next Day Delivery." Orders received for these products before 2:45 p.m. are dispatched the same day for delivery to you the next working day. This excludes non-mainland and remote areas of the UK, including Scotland, weekend deliveries, and bank or public holidays.

RETURNS
We believe that PARRS products are the best you can buy; however, if for any reason the goods received do not meet the buyer’s requirements, the seller will issue a credit for the purchase price of the goods, provided the following conditions are met:

• The goods are returned unused, undamaged, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
• The goods are returned within 28 days of delivery.
• The buyer notifies the seller of their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

• Returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the original delivery charge.
