Elliptical aluminium tubed frames Made of oval shaped aluminium tube of a special high-strength alloy. This makes sure every Expresso Sack Truck has the utmost strength and rigidity possible. It also means they are 50% lighter than if they were made from steel.
Reinforced cross-members All aluminium uprights are joined with top-quality glass-fibre reinforced cross-members. Each one is curved and double up as handles when moving loads over steps or to help tip the load.
Extra protection Every angled aluminium skid of Expresso Sack Truck have wear strips for extra protection for the aluminium frame. It even has a red core so that when the strip is worn right down over time, the red core shows through as an indicator to replace the strip.
Curved axle for better tipping and grip Every axle features a curved shape to help when tilting heavy loads. The curve also helps prevent the users foot from slipping off. This is a feature on Expresso Sack Trucks with 260mm diameter wheels.
Tapered Foot-iron Ribbed foot-iron to prevent load from slipping sideways. It’s tapered with a chamfered front edge making it easy to insert under load.
Airlex Tyres Radial tread, these tyres are made from foamed polyurethane making them puncture-proof and non-marking with excellent shock absorption and low rolling resistance. Double ball bearings ensure smooth running.
