Product Reviews for 2500kg Pallet Truck 550W x 1150L Nylon Wheels
Excellent service and super quick delivery.Highly recommend
Absolute first class service again.Pre-sales to After sales is brilliant.Service is key .
Delivery very quick good value truck will suit our use brilliantly. We were getting smaller pallets with narrower openings and this was bought to suit them. Was disapointed that the truck was scuffed down to the metalwork in places where the timber "packing X " was broken. Think the delivery was not kind to the truck. Ideally fabric/plastic straps would be better than steel banding less likely to cause paint damage.
Arrived very promptly and looks like good value for money. One of the decals was ripped (see photo) but otherwise fine. I am hoping this will prove durable for our needs. We are now considering the electric version!
Excellent
excellent product
Exactly as described and wonderful Customer Services, was let down by the next day delivery courier, but was offered to either send it back or if we wished to keep would receive a 10% refund and a further 10% of next order.
Ordered two minutes before next day cutoff, arrived 10am the next morning. Great service.
