Health & Safety Signs

We offer five different types of safety signs;

• Prohibition Signs have a red circular band with a crossbar on a white background, the symbol within the circle is black indicates certain behaviour is not allowed. 

• Hazard Signs have a yellow triangle with a black border and the symbol within the yellow area gives warning of a hazard. 

• Mandatory Signs have a blue circle and the white symbol indicates a specific course of action must be taken. 

• Fire Equipment Signs have a red oblong or square in white and indicates the location of fire fighting equipment. 

• Safe Condition Signs have a green oblong or square with a symbol or text providing information about safe conditions.

Guide to Materials
Most of our safety signs are available in a choice of materials;

• Self-adhesive Vinyl is perfect for use indoors, it’s a glossy flexible PVC with a permanent adhesive backing.

• Rigid Plastic is suitable for both inside and out. The 1mm thick rigid PVC can be drilled for use with screw fixings or fixed with self-adhesive pads.

• Rigid Plastic with Self-adhesive backing is also great for indoor display. 

• Aluminium Composite is strong and rigid and perfect for internal and external use.
