People ask us why would you use a powered sack truck?
The principle of a powered sack truck is based on the idea that while the capacity of many sack trucks is over 100kg, the ability of a person to move these weights can cause a problem. This is particularly the case when moving heavier items over rough ground or up slopes. Risk assessments often identify areas where the energy used to move a stationary load on a truck can be a potential health and Safety problem.
The electric motor allows you to move forwards and backwards comfortably. The dead man switch adds an additional safety feature on the truck.
The Ravendo powered truck enables you to move up to 250kg over a variety of terrain on strong pneumatic wheels. A dual footplate offers the scope to move a variety of loads; a fixed plate for single items and a tubular plate which is so useful as a parcel carrier. We recommend using a strap for use on uneven surfaces.
The truck has a variety of applications and can be used in warehouses for stock management. However, the main usage will be for moving items outdoors. The truck is particularly useful for moving white goods in a home delivery environment, gravel drives and short hills are navigated with ease. Also, the truck is used for moving sound or hospitality equipment at outdoor events such as festivals or concerts. The truck moves air conditioning units, tea crates, and archive boxes. The dual foot-iron can also be stacked with distribution boxes.
Ergonomic handles allow you to position your hands at different angles for tipping the truck back and then finding the correct balance for walking with the load. The additional foam cover on the handles allows the user to adopt a comfortable and stable grip.
Even though the truck is steel and is fitted with a powerful 400watt electric motor, it is also relatively light. At 30kg, it is not an excessively heavy piece of equipment.

Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery and are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Return of goods is at the buyer's expense.
