Setting a code on your electronic lock box is an easy and effective way to safely protect and store your keys. There may be a time when you will need to change the code on your key cabinet due to company policy or personal preference. If you haven’t changed codes before or simply can’t locate the instructions, follow our simple guide:

How to reset and change your key cabinet code

Changing the code on your lock box or cabinet is simple. Follow these steps to have a new protection code:

  1. Enter your current code to open the cabinet

  2. Push the reset button on the inside of the unit across and up.

  3. While the door is still open, enter a new four-digit code.

  4. Once entered, return the reset button to its original position.

  5. Check your code several times while the door is still open before locking the unit.
