It is now over a week since I ruptured my Achilles. I am currently lying on my sofa with my leg pointing up in the air.
I have had the benefit of watching a number of useful daytime adverts about mobility aids, stair lifts and baths with doors in them. I had never appreciated the usefulness of these products until now. However every other advert is from a law firm offering to sue my employer if I have had an accident at work. As my accident was not at work and I wouldn’t really want to sue myself anyway, I have chosen to ignore these nice people in dark suits.
